Dining Room Evolution

Our dining room has evolved quite nicely (along with Nate's photography skills)...

During construction...
That dry wall dust still gives me nightmares.

Who needs curtains? Or a place to sit.
This was our "meditation room" for about a year.  I wish I was joking...

Curtains hung high and a bar height dining room table start to give the room a little life!

All decked out for Christmas!

Dining room today!

Linking up to: Houseography,

  1. I really like the rug under your kitchen table but I'm not sure in here. With the hutch and the fact that it's a smaller room, a carpet may make the room seem smaller still. But, what do I know, I live in an apartment full of crap. :o)

  2. I love the framed B&W picture of your dog! I'm so copying that!

  3. I'm visiting from the Houseography Link-Up Party. I love, love, love the color on the walls against the white trim and wood floors! I'm a fan of color on the walls with a contrasting white trim and dark pieces of furniture (have a good bit in my own home). Great job!

  4. I LOVE this room! What is the color? I have a similiar Ben Moore color in my bathroom - Amsterdam - but it is a little lighter. The dark floors are gorgeous and I love the contrast of the white curtains...oh and the Christmas look is amazing! Great job!

  5. That's such a great color!! Gorgeous room! Thanks for linking up to my house party!

  6. OMG!! I love your dining room, it just got better and better!! I could have camped out in there when it was just painted and the floors were done! Soo Pretty!! I am visiting from Houseography dining room house party tour!! Good Job!

  7. Love it! The color is amazing, I'm saving it in my inspiration file for me DR. The floors are gorgeous with it!

  8. I love your dining room table. Where did you get it from?

  9. i love the color of the room! i am visiting from houseography, but i just love your style. all the projects you have done have rocked in my opinion. :) happy weekend!

  10. Your dining room is amazing. The smoke blue is gorgeous with the white trim and curtains. It has such a crisp updated look. This is my first visit to your blog but it will not be the last.
Your dog is adorable. He looks very much like my latest addition to our pack. I

  11. Was wondering the color of the dining room? Love it
